The crab hot pot course, which uses an abundance of crab, begins with vinegared boiled snow crab,
Crab miso, snow crab grilled and frosted, crab tempura served boldly in a crab hot pot, and dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) filled with the famous crab meat,
