We serve oysters from Atsugishi.

Oysters from Akkeshi, one of the "Three Best Oysters in Ezo," are the only oysters in Japan.
They are oysters that can be shipped year-round!

Sea water temperature does not rise easily in Atsukishi even in summer due to the influence of cold currents.
and use it to control maturation 💡.
Because of the low water temperature, it takes time to grow slowly.
They become delicious oysters full of nutrition and flavor!

And in Atsukishi, after unloading the fish, so that it can be safely consumed raw.
The fish are raised in sterilized clean seawater for 48 hours.
