Today's recommendation is "Kitajima Mugi Pork Stewed in Kakuni" from Yoichi, Hokkaido.
Kitajima barley pork is a meaty, fine and tender meat, but by stewing it in cubes, it becomes even more tender and melts in the mouth!
It goes well with both alcohol and rice, so please try it!
