Today's recommendation is "Kyo Aji-san Oboro Tofu with Agoodashi Tororo (Japanese hors d'oeuvre)".

We have changed our grand menu from 10/16(Mon.)! (*^-^*)
From among them, we introduce a new menu item, "Kyo Aji-san Oboro Tofu with Tororo (grated yam) in Agodashi (broth)"!
It is topped with yam that contains a gentle chinese broth that does not interfere with the rich taste and sweetness of the oboro tofu.
